• Has a proven track record of consistently good quality teaching.
• Has the ability to motivate, challenge and inspire our children to achieve their full potential.
• Is sensitive to the needs of pupils, with a strong commitment to raising self-esteem.
• Has a passion for promoting a caring ethos and positive behaviour management.
• Is able to work effectively in collaboration and partnership with pupils, parents/carers, governors, staff and external agencies in the best interests of pupils.
• Has high aspirations for each and every child.
