0.6FTE Teacher of Religious Education from September 2021 job summary

As the result of the promotion of one of our colleagues to the role of Assistant Principle in another Norfolk school, we are looking for a committed, proactive and hardworking 0.6FTE teacher to join our RE department on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Students enjoy RE and achieve consistently very good outcomes in their GCSE examinations. Our KS3 cohort follow the new Norfolk Locally Agreed syllabus and the majority of our students in KS4 are entered for a full GCSE qualification. This post represents an excellent professional development opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed teacher of RE to develop their classroom practice by working as part of a strong and dedicated team of teachers, as well as to develop their subject skills and knowledge. We are looking for someone who loves their subject and can communicate and share that passion with their students, colleagues, and the wider community.
