What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a committed, proactive and hardworking teacher to join our French to cover a period of maternity leave. The 0.8FTE maternity cover position is worked over Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. 0.4FTE / 0.6FTE applications are welcomed (to be worked over some of the days shown above) and will be considered for the right candidate.

Students enjoy French and achieve consistently very good outcomes in their GCSE examinations. This post represents an excellent professional development opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed teacher of French to develop their classroom practice by working as part of a strong and dedicated team of French teachers, as well as to develop their subject skills and knowledge. We are looking for someone who loves their subject and can communicate and share that passion with their students, colleagues, and the wider community.
