1:1 Classroom Assistant for Named Child in KS2 job summary
Required from September 2022 through until the End of the Summer Term 2023
Do you have any experience and/or training supporting children with their care and education?
Do you have the patience to provide the understanding that is required to engage a pupil who displays challenging behaviour on a daily basis?
Are you able to demonstrate significant experience supporting a behaviourally challenging child in another setting?
Are you prepared to work as part of a team alongside, and under the guidance of, the class teacher to try different approaches which build towards the ultimate aim of increasing the amount of time that child spends working in the class in a calm manner.
The successful candidate will be placed on a one-year fixed term contract that will end in August 2023.
