1:1 KS1 Pupil MDA job summary

The successful candidate will be:

Able to develop positive relationships with pupils and use a variety of strategies to

keep pupils engaged;

Proactive, flexible, well-organised and willing to work collaboratively with other

colleagues;

Passionate about supporting a pupil with SEND, contributing to ensuring is a safe

and enjoyable experience for them;

Warm and caring, developing positive relationships with pupils;

Proactive in promoting social skills and collaboration amongst children;

Flexible and willing to take on a range of roles and responsibilities.
