1:1 Learning Support Assistant job summary
We pride ourselves on our dedication to ensuring pupil progress through high quality teaching and learning provision for all. The successful candidate will share these values and play an active part in delivering this commitment alongside the Christian ethos of the school.
In a small school there is always an expectation of flexibility and you may be required to work in any class at short notice. However this role is linked to a child with higher needs funding, and will therefore involve working one to one with a child with additional needs.
We achieved a 'Good ' Ofsted in March 2023 and continue to build on this foundation, striving to constantly improve. We have an amazing team at Shorne who work together to constantly improve, reflect and the children are always at the center to all that we do.
The hours for this position would be 26 hours per week, starting at 8.15am. However this could be flexible. Please find attached the vacancy pack for this role.
