34.25 hours per week - 39 weeks per year

Isebrook School is a successful specialist setting for students aged 11-18 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities.

We are seeking to recruit a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a student currently in Post 16.

Through the eyes of the student, we are looking for someone who has the following:

  • A good sense of humour.
  • Someone who enjoys sports and does not mind joining in with physical activities.
  • Ideally someone who will listen and care but not be offended.
  • An individual who is flexible in their approach and support me when things suddenly change.
  • Most importantly someone who is honest and consistent and someone who can stay calm especially when I’m not.
