1:1 SEN Support Teaching Assistant job summary
Ward Jackson Church of England Primary School is a fully inclusive and very successful school, located in the centre of Hartlepool. We provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn through play and explore to become confident and independent learners.
Applicants will:
- Be able to support in the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for pupils, specifically those with Special Educational Needs
- Be nurturing and supportive with high expectations
- Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Have good behaviour management strategies
- Be willing to contribute to school life outside of the classroom and support our Christian ethos and core values.
