Working pattern
- Part time: We are looking for someone to work 30 hours a week: 8.40am-3.10pm with half an hour unpaid break Monday-Friday. This is term-time only. We would be open to job share if candidates wanted to work less hours.
Contract type
- Fixed term - Temporary - Linked to SEN funding. Could be whole 2024-25 academic year - Maternity or parental leave cover
Full-time equivalent salary
- £23,576-£25,993 (depending on experience)
Pay scale
- Surrey PS3-PS4 depending on experience

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic teaching assistant, committed to high-quality education and developing the best for every child. This is primarily to support a child with additional needs on a largely one-to-one basis and the position is linked to SEN funding. Previous experience of SEN is desirable, but not essential and training will be provided as required. Candidates must be patient, show empathy and stay calm under pressure. The successful applicant may be required to work in other classes and candidates should be passionate about supporting all children aged 3 to 11. We want to ensure that children enjoy all parts of school life, from interacting with friends and various learning experiences inside the classroom and outdoors.
