What skills and experience we're looking for

A level 3 NVQ Supporting Teaching in Schools qualification or similar is desirable but not essential, however, it is essential that the candidate has experience working with children with a variety of complex needs.

This is an opportunity for a person who has experience of working with children with complex needs and has a passion for supporting children to learn and develop by meeting their educational and social care needs in our school. You will work closely with the teachers providing support for the pupil in all teaching and learning situations to enable them full access to the curriculum and independence.
