What skills and experience we're looking for

Ideally we are seeking an individual with experience of supporting pupils on a one to one basis with complex needs, as a significant part of the role involves supporting a child with these needs and advising colleagues.

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, self-motivated Learning support assistant to support a vulnerable pupil who has visual impairment and behavioural and developmental needs.

This post will include providing support and advice to all pupils in line with promoting their social and emotional care and personal development with respect to learning, behaviour and health and safety.

It will involve working with the class teacher, individual pupils, staff, parents, and outside agencies in a positive proactive role.
