The Beeches Community Primary School is a friendly and happy school. We are part of a thriving multi-academy trust, ASSET Education. We are looking for a committed and talented 1:1 Teaching Assistant who is resilient, a good team player, with a passion for creative, cross curricular learning. You will have a good knowledge of a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) including Autism and be able to sensitively support children on a 1:1 or small group basis to thrive. This a varied role which includes delivering a variety of high impact interventions to small groups of EY and KS1 children as well as providing high quality individual and classroom support.
The person that we are looking for needs to:

Work with dynamic, forward thinking staff with high aspirations for our children.
Have experience working with moderate SEN including Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
Be a teaching assistant who exemplifies outstanding classroom practice, behaviour, management and high expectations
Be committed to life-long learning and open to excellent CPD opportunities.
Have good levels of English and Maths competence - GCSE C or equivalent and a Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
