We have exciting opportunities for 1:1 Residential Support to assist the Residential team at Linden Bridge School. The successful candidateprovide additional support to a Residential Childcare Officer (RCCO) to support aspecificpupil while they board.They will have effective communication skills and the ability to offer students positive experiences and relationships.Working with the RCCO, they will provide support on an individualised schedule for a specific pupil to allow them access to the Residential provision and ensure they have asuccessfultime in boarding. The schedule will be planned and organised by the RCCO.They will be required to work as part of the Residential Department staff team, and the Residential Manager will directly supervise them.They are responsible to the Principal and the Vice Principals.
