1:1 Teaching Assistant job summary

This position is subject to continued funding and the child remaining at the school. This post is to work with a Lower Key Stage 1 child with SEN needs. The successful candidate will need to work co-operatively with the class teacher and SENCO to provide day-today in-class learning support, to develop and implement the Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) and to deliver planned interventions. The role will suit someone with patience, resilience, energy, creativity and the flexibility to meet the needs of the pupil.
