What skills and experience we're looking for
- Is passionate about working with children and is able to inspire children to be the best that they can be
- Has experience working with primary aged children
- Has experience of working with SEND children and setting and leading activities.
- Is organised, proactive and confident in delivering prepared lessons
- Is able to ‘Bring learning to life’
- Has excellent numeracy/literacy skills – GCSE grade C or above (or NV2 equivalent)
- Has an NVQ3 or equivalent in teaching assistance or equivalent experience
- Is able to work constructively as part of a team
- Has good communication skills and can demonstrate positive attitudes, values and behaviours
- Has a clear understanding of safeguarding and keeping children safe in school.
- Is willing to deal with a child’s personal care, if required.

Pay Scale: Scale C (TA), Scale A (MSA)
Full Time/Part Time: Part Time
Working Hours: 28.7 hours per week as a 1 to 1 teaching assistant, 2.5 hours as a MSA
Start Date: As soon as possible
Term Time: Term Time + 1 week (39 weeks)
