Hours: 25 per week (39 weeks per year)

North Thoresby and Utterby Primary Academies are two schools, hard federated, with enormous potential and great children. We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and highly committed Teaching Assistant to work within our schools at an exciting time.

The role will primarily be to provide enhanced provision for an individual child who has a range of educational needs. The child you will be supporting may have emotional and sensory needs and may require support to access both indoor and outdoor learning environments enabling integration with peers and access the curriculum as fully as possible.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in partnership with teaching and other educational support staff. You will need to be caring, enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to work under the direction of the Class Teacher and also use your own initiative.

The successful candidate will support the child, enabling them to successfully access the full Curriulum. Working as part of a small team requires a Teaching Assistant who is adaptable and able to work collaboratively with members of the school and wider community.
