• Actual salary: £10.98 per hour (£21,189 per annum pro rata)

• Have strong interpersonal skills and are able to work with a variety of pupils, staff and parents
• Have superb attention to detail and organisational skills

• Can be a strong team player as well as using your own initiative
• Have a positive and flexible attitude
• Have achieved a grade C, or above, in 5 GCSE subjects, including Maths and English
• Are well presented and articulate, with good communication skills

Further details about the role

St Michael's Church of England Primary Schoolis looking to appoint two Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 support for children in our friendly and welcoming school.

The role will include:

• Working with some of our amazing children on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• Delivering provision both inside and outside the classroom, as directed by the class teacher
• Having regular update discussions to report on engagement and progress
• Working alongside our passionate teachers and pastoral team to ensure children have access to broad and exciting opportunities.
