What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone:
- Who is calm,flexibleand imaginative.
- To work as a key worker for a child with additional needs
- Has good interpersonal skills andis able touse their initiative as well as working well in a team.
- Has a good level of English, Maths and IT skills.
This role will be classroom-based with the successful candidate taking direction from the class teacher and SENCO to provide high quality support to small groups of children and 1:1 individuals.
A willingness to undertake the following training is essential:
- Children Protection and Prevent Training
- First Aid Training
- Team Teach
The successful candidate will be:
