What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to employ two 1:1 teaching assistants to start as soon as possible, initially on a one year contract until July 2024.

Post 1: This post will be for 20 hours per week split over 5 days.

Post 2: This post will be for 16.25 hours per week, working from 12.15 to 15.30 Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and creative Teaching Assistant, who wishes to fully involve themselves as an integral part of a very friendly and forward thinking school.

The successful candidate will be able to deliver high quality support in teaching and learning, being able to motivate and inspire children to become the best learners that they can be.

Relevant qualification and experience required.

You must have a good sense of humour and be able to build up excellent relationships with children and parents.

As part of the school’s commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable groups we undertake ‘Safer Recruitment’ when recruiting to all posts for children and adults which require an Enhanced DBS check and/or a Barred List check.
