1:1 Teaching Support Assistant job summary
Learning Support Assistant to support children with specialist needs on a 1:1 basis (Grade 5- spine dependent on experience)
30 hours- 12 months temporary contract in the first instance

At present the head and the staff of Carcroft Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated learning support assistant into a pivot role within the school.
Who we are looking.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced LSA to lead and work with small groups of pupils throughout the school day. It is essential that you be empathetic towards the needs of our pupils and be able to set high expectations of children as well be able to lead by example in line with the rest of the staff in the school
In return you will work for a Head Teacher that is as passionate about the support and development of her staff as she is that of her pupils. You will receive an excellent programme of CPD, tailored to meet the needs of each member of staff.
