Join Our Team at Netherfield Primary School
Netherfield Primary School is seeking to appoint five caring, committed and enthusiastic Learning Mentors to join our dedicated team from 1 September 2026.
Working under the direction of teaching and senior staff, the successful candidates will provide 1:1 support for named pupils across Reception to Year 3. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference to a child’s educational experience, wellbeing and progress.
The role may involve supporting children within the classroom or in alternative learning environments, working closely alongside teachers and other professionals to meet individual needs.

These posts are linked to external funding for five named pupils currently attending the school. One of the positions is offered as a one-year maternity cover contract.
