1-2-1 Learning Support Assistant job summary

Our children love school and love learning; we need someone to join us who can match their energy and enthusiasm to make the most of every learning opportunity. The right person will be passionate about working with children and committed to seeing them reach their full potential.

This role is to support a child who has a Special Educational Need and an Education Health Care Plan that outlines the additional support that they need. You will have a kind, patient and caring nature but still have high expectations for them to achieve to their full potential. You will have experience of working in a class-based role recently or of working directly with children with SEND.

The role is a part-time role from 8.45am to 12.30pm. We are happy to discuss the role and answer any questions as well as offering tours of the school. Please email vacancy@watlinglower.org.uk.
