1 to 1 - SEN Teaching Assistant job summary

We are looking to appoint an experienced and LEVEL 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking EYFS team.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:

• Has the knowledge to develop social understanding and improve social communication skills.

• Has skills that can support the child with managing behaviour.

• is well organised, with high expectations of pupil attainment and progress;

• is flexible and enthusiastic;

• is able to show initiative

• is able to work collaboratively with all members of the school community - in particular the class teachers.

• is able to remain calm and be responsive to children’s needs
