What skills and experience we're looking for

The role will involve giving 1:1 support to one of our pupils. Experience of supporting a child within this 1:1 role would be desirable but not essential as we can offer training to support with development. An awareness of specific SEND needs such as ASD and ADHD would also be desirable.
