What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful applicant ideally would have experience of working 1 to 1 but this is not essential. They must have:

• Excellent standards of Numeracy and Literacy

• Recent experience of working with SEN pupils

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of child development
