What skills and experience we're looking for
As part of this role, under the direction of the Network Manager, you will:
- Assist with the smooth running of Microsoft, Apple and Google devices/software
- Assist with network infrastructure and audio/visual
- Resolve technical issues for students and staff
The successful candidate will;
- Be an excellent team player, highly motivated and a clear communicator.
- Have a passion for IT and customer service.
- Have an excellent understanding of modern Operating Systems, Software and Hardware
- Be able to deal with repairs and warranties
- Have a valid driver’s licence and a car
- Have experience of a busy, customer focused IT environment
- Good literacy and numeracy skills which include GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, IT or equivalent
