Staff Development
We believe in 'growing great teachers' and have a two year training programme in place for NQTs.
A bespoke in house CPD programme for all staff which, this year, is held on Thursday afternoons (the school closes early) and covers areas such as (and this is by no means exhaustive) Teacher Toolkit sessions, Leadership Pathways, Departmental Development Time, T&L Groups, IT Development and SEN Strategy.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the Head of Department in leading our English department. A committed practitioner keen to progress to middle leadership in the future, perhaps as a head of department, would be well suited to this position.
