We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated, motivated and innovative 2 i/c Maths (2nd in charge of Mathematics) join our us at Three Rivers Academy. We are looking for an inspirational teacher who meets the Teacher Standards, with the ability to create a nurturing learning environment, together with a committed to bringing out the best in every student. The ability to teach to A level is desirable but not essential.

You will be fully supported both within the faculty and by the senior leadership team. Our outstanding staff and students make us a great place to work. The Mathematics Faculty at Three Rivers Academy are a team of 9 dedicated and enthusiastic teachers who deliver the curriculum at all three key stages. Our mathematics teachers aim to help each student achieve their full potential in the subject, stretching the most able as well as supporting lower attaining students. All students, irrespective of ability are encouraged to appreciate the application of mathematics in the ‘real world’ in order to develop their global citizenship.

This has been and remains an exciting time for Three Rivers Academy as our new school building opened in February 2018. The new school allows for an increased number on roll and provides state of the art, purpose-built provision for our students, all under one roof. We are enthusiastic about our students learning and believe they deserve the best provision. The strength, determination and passion within our community enable us to continually improve.
