2 x Key Stage 2 Class Teachers job summary
We are looking for dedicated and ambitious Key Stage 2 practitioners to further strengthen our current teaching team. At The West Park Academy, we pride ourselves in promoting extremely high standards in all aspects of school life. The positions available are for teachers who possess the relentless drive and ambition to improve outcomes for children. The successful candidates will need to have:
- A commitment to helping all pupils achieve their best, regardless of their background or starting point;
- High expectations of behaviour and attitudes towards learning;
- A passion for teaching and learning;

The West Park Academy is a primary academy situated in the town of Kirkby-in-Ashfield with 234 children currently on roll. We pride ourselves on having low class sizes which provide children the best environment in which to learn and teachers the best environment in which to teach! As a school which converted to an academy in 2017 and hasn't yet been inspected by Ofsted, we are looking for teachers who can further help us in our mission to be recognised as providing a high-quality education for the children of Kirkby.
