What skills and experience we're looking for

Brougham Primary School is now entering an exciting chapter in the development of the School in its drive to help children fulfill their potential. To help achieve this, the School is looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced 2 Year old Manager. The successful candidate will be specifically responsible for leading and managing the provision of the education and care of 2 year olds within school.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and committed to providing an outstanding educational experience for all children within their area of responsibility and have a minimum of two year’s demonstrable experience in supervising and managing an early years setting specifically including under three’s, together with organising the maintenance of a stimulating and safe learning environment. Candidates must be able to meet the criteria detailed on the person specification.
