Level 2 Teaching Assistant - One-to-One Support for a Child with an EHCP

Hours: 20 per week (9:00am - 1:00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only)
Salary: Scale 3, SCP 5-6
Contract: Fixed Term until 31 August 2026 (initially), funded via an Education Health Care Plan

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a pupil with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s educational journey.

  • Respond to the individual needs of the child while ensuring their safety and engagement in learning.
  • Build constructive relationships and provide tailored support.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of the child’s EHCP.
