Malmesbury Park Primary Academy, Reach South Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Senior Specialist HLTA to join the School in September 2022, or sooner, if possible.

FTE Salary Range: Grade 7, Pt 23 £28,226 pro rata for part time contract
Contract Type: Permanent, part time, term time
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week; Monday to Friday

About the role
As a member of teaching support staff at Malmesbury Park Primary School, you’ll be working in a team of like-minded individuals who all want the best for the learners in our school. You will be responsible for organising, managing, and leading the PPA provision across the school. Within this role you will be required to provide behaviour management support across the school including within the unit provision. You will lead and manage Art across the school providing planning, teaching support, and monitoring effective implementation of the scheme of work and wider art curriculum. You will have good interpersonal skills, a range of behaviour management strategies and a desire to want the best for all children.

You will have experience and a talent for engaging with children, encouraging social interaction, developing independence, self-esteem and encouraging all individuals to achieve their goals.

Reach South is a young and developing Trust which operates across the South West of England with the aim of delivering all through 3-19 education.
