What skills and experience we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be hard working, friendly and outgoing. You will have an enthusiasm for working with children. You will have experience and a talent for engaging with children, encouraging social interaction, developing independence, self esteem and encouraging all individuals to achieve their goals.
This role is suitable for an ECT or NQT. As a school we require all teachers to hold qualified teacher status.

As a member of teaching staff at Malmesbury Park Primary School, you’ll be working in a team of like-minded individuals who all want the best for the learners in our school. You will be responsible for planning and delivering the curriculum in order to meet the needs of the children in your class. You will have good interpersonal skills, a range of behaviour management strategies and a desire to want the best for all children.
