What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated,passionateand flexible HLTA to join our teaching support team.You will havea real commitment to ensuring every child works towards and achieves their potential.

This appointment will be to support staff and pupils across the school.

You will be responsible for covering the class when teachers are absent by delivering high quality lessons already planned by the teacher which form part of the school curriculum. The post will involve supporting children in various Year Groups with developing their skills and knowledge in a range of subjects across the curriculum (e.g RE, IPC etc).

The role will also involve tutoring smaller groups of children to help them achieve their potential in specific core subjects.

Salary Range:NJCGrade E Point 15 - 20, £25,878 rising to a maximum of £28,371 per annum, pro-rata for a part time contract

Actual Annual Salary Range:£20,228.29 rising to a maximum of £22,177 per annum

Contract Type:Fixed term until 19th July 2024, part time, term time only (39 weeks per year)

Contract Hours:32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
