experienced Office Manager to join the School March 2024.

FTE SalaryRange: NJC Grade E, Point 15-20, £25,878 - £28,371
Actual Annual Salary Range: £23,029.14 - £25,247.69
Contract Type: Permanent, full time, term time only (39 weeks)
Contract Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday
About the role
We are seeking to appoint a passionate, enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Office Manager to work within our school administrative team. The role offers variety, challenge and responsibility; working with the Senior Leadership Team of the School and the Executive Business Manager. The position would suit someone who is able to multi task and work accurately and efficiently under pressure in a fast-changing environment. The role includes managing a busy school office including line management of an administrator, working with financial and HR systems and processes plus implementing and maintaining new office systems. There will also be a need for handling correspondences and dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.
About the successful candidate
We are looking for candidates who have excellent organisation and administrative skills and are able communicate effectively with a range of both internal and external audiences. You will need to be flexible in your approach and be able to prioritise the work and meet changing deadlines as needed. You will have to be resilient and able to deal with regular changes to processes and procedures. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to multi task under pressure are essential.
Training will be available for key duties and tasks.
