Location: Parkfield School, Hurn, Christchurch ,BH23 6DF
FTE Salary Range: NJC Grade 4, Point 6-9, £23,893 rising to a maximum of £25,119, pro-rata per annum, subject to performance
Actual Annual Salary Range: £9,194.66 - £9,666.46 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, part-time, term-time only (39 weeks per year)
Contract Hours: 16 hours per week; Monday to Friday
About the role
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional administrator to support the Operations Manager in the management and delivery of all office and administrative services for Parkfield Academy.
About the successful candidate
This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, self-sufficient, dynamic and very well organised individual with a can-do attitude to be part of a fast-growing team. We are looking for people who have the following experience and qualities:
- NVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent qualification orexperience
- Good knowledge of general computer packages and office equipment e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, photocopier, telephonesetc.
- GCSE Mathematics and English – Grade C and above
- Good keyboarding skills to update the school website, Facebook page and other social media, as directed
- Use manual and computerised record/information systems
- Have good verbal and written communication skills to exchange information with a range of audiences (e.g. staff, pupils andothers).
