About the role

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and inspirational person to assist in the support and inclusion of our Year 11 cohort

  • To support the development of pupils’ emotional literacy and social skills through specific and targeted intervention
  • To support pupils’ academic and social communication needs and to support positive social and emotional wellbeing, enabling them to engage in learning in and out of the school environment

About the successful candidate

The position of HLTA is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and compassionate individual to support in lessons, deliver interventions and support our learners in a wide range of subjects towards their GCSEs in the summer.

  • Promote and support the inclusion of all pupils in the learning activities
  • To use positive and personalised behaviour management strategies
