FTE Salary Range: Grade F Pt 22-25
Actual Annual Salary: £29,989 - £32,359
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time & Part Time considered, Term Time Only
Contract Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

This role involves understanding the needs of the students and adopting/developing an appropriate curriculum/intervention in your area. You will need to be able to establish a safe, purposeful and stimulating environment for students, rooted in mutual respect and establish a framework for discipline with a range of strategies, using praise, sanctions and rewards consistently and fairly.
