We are looking to appoint an inspirational 2nd in MFL to start 1 September 2021.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reflective teacher to positively contribute to and help lead our growing team of MFL teachers. The MFL department have high expectations of their learners and a desire to innovate teaching and learning to ensure all learners can make the most of their language learning experience.
As a middle management role, we are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step on their career path to be able to work along with the Head of Department to drive forward language learning at Bitterne Park. We would welcome applicants with previous experience in this kind of role, or those who can demonstrate the skills required to successfully take on their first middle management position.
The candidate should be able to teach French or Spanish to at least Key Stage 4 and preferably to Key Stage 5, with a second of these languages at Key Stage 3.
