- Be an excellent, creative and experienced classroom practitioner, with high expectations and the ability to support and challenge others.

- Be an inspirational and supportive leader, with the capacity and skills to work in partnership with others, ensuring all of our children and staff achieve their full potential.

- Have experience of coaching and mentoring others to develop their practice.

- Be an effective communicator to all stakeholders.

- Be committed to their own professional development.

What the school offers its staff

In return, we can offer:

- Delightful children who love being in school.

- Hard-working, motivated and knowledgeable staff, who work together in the best interests of children.

- Dedicated weekly leadership time to carry out your leadership responsibilities.

- Investment in your development, through targeted CPD
