What skills and experience we're looking for

Dorchester Primary School are looking for two Lunchtime Assistants to start as soon as possible.

The hours are 6 hours 15 minutes, Monday to Friday. You will supervise the children in different areas of the school, which may include the lunch hall and SEND classrooms, as well as lead games and keep pupils engaged.

We are looking for candidates who will:

  • Be committed to ensuring the health, safety, welfare and security of the children
  • Have a positive, caring and inclusive approach.
  • Have high expectations of pupil behaviour.
  • Be able to work as part of a team
