What skills and experience we're looking for
The Boulevard Academy are looking for someone who believes in building positive relationships with students and is willing to offer unconditional support and guidance. This role focuses on ensuring students are in lessons and removing any barriers that may compromise this. Excellent communication skills are needed, together with resilience.
