Skills
- Teach science and possibly maths to a nurture group and across KS3, with a vision to develop the curriculum to further meet the needs of our learners
- Have an excellent understanding of assessment in science and maths, using this to improve outcomes for all learners
- Develop high interest activities, to make science and maths come alive to this SEMH cohort
- Understand the importance of high-quality planning, preparation and marking, to achieve the best outcomes for all pupils
