Academic Ambassador job summary

Are you a committed graduate who can offer additional learning and pastoral support? This would be an ideal role for a graduate looking to forge a career in education – getting a hands on taste for life in a fast-paced school environment!

We are seeking to recruit an Academic Ambassador to add to our already fantastic team of dedicated, hardworking colleagues, who contribute to a wonderful culture of work. Your primary focus would be to support the Right path facility within the Academy.

We are dedicated, hardworking, and looking to add value to an exceptional team as externally identified in our outstanding judgement for personal development, behaviour and welfare from Ofsted (2019).

Using data effectively, you will establish high expectations and assist in the process of setting individual targets and create plans of action for students including those who are at risk of underachieving.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
