Academy Administration Officer

20hrs per week – Term time plus 2 weeks

Grade 4 £23,500 pro rata

Start date – September 2024

Springfield School is a generic primary Special School, providing education for children with a range of needs. The school has particular expertise in working with children who have severe leaning difficulties including those with communication difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and complex needs and those with moderate learning difficulties. The school provides education to over 65 children aged between 4 and 11.

The Meadows School is a generic secondary Special School, providing education to young people with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. The school provides education to over 130 students aged between 11 and 19.

Both schools are federated and are very proud to be part of The Manor Hall Academy Trust.

We are looking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our lovely team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our diverse and welcoming school.

The Successful Candidate will have

Will have knowledge and experience of relevant admin and finance procedures, although training will be provided.

Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.

Good communication skills, be adaptable to change and able to prioritise.

Be motivated and flexible to the needs of the school

Take responsibility and accountability

Committed to the provision and improvement of quality service provision

Customer focused

Have a great sense of humour and enjoy being part of a team.
