Location: Greenfield & Pulloxhill Schools
Pay: £34,728 - £37,890 per year
Contract: Full time contract 37 hours per week
Greenfield & Pulloxhill Academy are looking to appoint a dynamic and aspirational Academy Business Manager who will lead the Finance, Administration, Premises and Human Resource functions of our schools. The academy consists of two small lower schools which are situated a mile apart. We are a Values Education School and work very closely as a team.
We are looking for an accomplished academy business manager who will have:
• An ability to use a range of ICT packages and adapt to changes in technology
• An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of good financial practice and systems
• Is self-motivated and shows initiative to work as a team or individually
• The ability to be highly organised and demonstrate vision, energy and enthusiasm
• A passion for finance and experience in setting, managing and monitoring budgets
• Excellent communication skills
• Skills to undertake project and premises management
• Skills and values to promote a positive image of the school through your work.
As an academy business manager you will:
• Work to the highest standards of business and financial management
• Lead, inspire, develop and challenge a team; with an inclusive management style
• To provide a courteous, prompt and polite service to all members of the schools’ community including parents, students, all staff and visitors
