Academy HR Partner job summary

About this Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious, smart and motivated individual with an understanding of HR in a school environment to manage all aspects of HR provision for the academy. This is a full time, full year permanent position with 26 days annual leave. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The postholder will work in liaison with our external HR providers and the central HR team to support the daily operation of HR services.

The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy. This is a busy position within the academy and will require someone who is highly organised and possesses excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, remains calm under pressure and can work to tight deadlines.

Ormiston Forge Academy is an oversubscribed secondary Academy and sixth form located in the Old Hill area of Cradley Heath, West Midlands, England. We have around 1,600 students aged between 11 and 19. In March 2016 and October 2019, the Academy was graded Good by Ofsted, making us ‘Two Good’ in our educational provision.
