Academy Receptionist - Part Time job summary
We are searching for an Academy Receptionist to join the team here at Pathways Academy, to provide and effective reception and administrative service to Academy staff, students and visitors.
The post holder will be accountable for:
Delivering an effective reception service including answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries; signing in visitors and sorting and distributing internal and external mail.
Undertaking clerical duties related to the post such as production of letters, reports and other documents as requested using relevant ICT packages such as spreadsheets, databases, Word, internet and SIMS
Supporting with the processing school dinners.
Supporting with the organisation of educational visits.

Actual Salary - £10,955 - £11,397 - based on a full time equivalent of £18,516 - £19,264
Hours of work will be 25 hours per week for 39 weeks per year
