What skills and experience we're looking for
Pearson Primary School are seeking to appoint hardworking, highly motivated and committed Achievement Support Assistants to join our strong, supportive and friendly team. Through our restorative approach we strive to create a happy, caring and safe environment where expectations are high and where learners are encouraged, challenged and supported to be the best they can be.
These posts are required to start as soon as possible. Experience of working with children with additional needs or with English as an additional language is desirable but not essential.
The roles are suitable for individuals who are looking for professional development on their pathway to a career in teaching and will be class-based with some small group intervention responsibility.
