Grade 4 - Achievement Support Assistant

32.5 hours per week term time only + 5 training days (195 days)

Actual starting salary will be £18,729 - £19,329 (£24,790 - £25,584 FTE)

Treetops at Bridgeview opened in September 2024. The primary need of our pupils is speech, language & communication. We are seeking to recruit 2 Specialist Teaching & Learning Support Assistants. We are looking for adaptable, flexible, and resourceful individuals. The role will be classroom based, working in small classes to support the academic, social, emotional development of pupils and to maximise attainment and progress for all. Candidates will also have to support the intimate care needs of pupils

You will be highly organised, with the ability to:

  • Be able to build strong relationships with children
  • Motivate and develop the children in your care
  • Be passionate about seeing young people succeed
